Road Toll Collection and Check Department
     Be responsible for the collection and check of road toll in Beijing; supervise and inspect the collection and check of highway toll in remote rural districts and counties under uniform leadership.

Roadway Project Quality Supervision Station
     Be responsible for the quality supervision of the roadway project and its supporting, auxiliary and attached projects; supervise and inspect the implementation of project quality guarantee system in the construction supervision company, supervision engineer, and the construction company; be responsible for supervision, test, material manufacture and qualification examination; organize the inspection of project quality, and issue periodically project quality trends.

Roadway Construction Project Management Center
     Be responsible for the examination of the preliminary design plan for roadway construction project in Beijing; be responsible for the management of roadway grid reconstruction and the newly built projects; organize the public bidding; develop a full supervision and management to the project; be responsible for examining and approving the cost management for roadway construction projects and modifying the highway estimates (budget) ration and workout rules in Beijing.

Technical School
     Be responsible for the training of the staff qualifications in the system; finish various training tasks delivered by Ministry of Communications.

Organ Logistic Service Center
     Be responsible for such issues as logistic service, administrative management, safety and security as well as property management of the bureau; be responsible for the management on such issues as family planning, blood donation, housing restructuring and administrative property in the whole bureau; be responsible for the management of the dependents dormitory in the bureau system.

Service Center for Retired Veteran Cadres
     Be responsible for the management of the retired and outgone cadres in the system; be responsible for the management of the service center for retired and outgone cadres; offer services for the retired and outgone cadres in the system.
Highway branches directly under the municipal roadway administration bureau:

• Be responsible for carrying out and implementing the laws, codes and regulations related to highways promulgated by the State and the municipality;
• Participating in stipulating the highway layout in the control scope of the branch, and drafting out the annual scheme for highway building and maintenance, and organizing the implementation;
• Be responsible for the industry management of highway building and maintenance and the supervision and management of the public bidding in the control scope of the branch;
• Be responsible for the actual management of the national highway, city highway, and county highway in the control scope of the branch;
• Be responsible for the supervision and management of construction quality and maintenance in the control scope of the branch;
• Be responsible for the management of highway construction and maintenance projects in the control scope of the branch;
• Be responsible for organizing the flood protection and emergency disposal in the control scope of the branch;
• Be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of the roadway situation and bridge quality in the control scope of the branch;
• Be responsible for the instruction to the township highway construction and management in the control scope of the branch;
• Undertake other issues delivered by Roadway Administration Bureau.
